Linked 52: Romance

Ummm. . . romance is a foreign language in my house.  It made this weeks prompt a little difficult.  Maybe when I'm ready to think about dating again romance will become a part of my vocabulary.  Without much inspiration right now, I went kind of generic on this one.  Who doesn't love candles?  I love the tray too - it was a Valentine's gift one year.  ♥

    I don't think romance has to be all about the husbands or boyfriends. I think it's much greater than that. And I think you captured it perfectly! Candles in a dark room say romance to me! :)

    This also inspires me to light candles tonight! I get a lot of candles as gift, but I barely ever light any?!

    BTW, are you told in advance what the next link up is? I might want to take on it to encourage myself to use my camera more ;D

    Yes to what Andrea said and actually I find myself lighting candles for myself on a regular basis. In fact, every night at dinner we have an oil lamp that sits on our table and I light it. For myself. I like eating by candlelight. My husband would totally prefer the overhead lights on all bright but for myself I forbid it. ;) I think that romance starts with how we treat ourselves. :) Great shot.
